Facilitation - Vigour Coaching

"The growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership."

Harvey S. Firestone

Personal development and growth is a lifelong process. Leaders should not only strive to be the best leaders that they can be, they should support and encourage the individuals that they lead to do the same.

"I like to encourage people to realize that any action is a good action if it's proactive and there is positive intent behind it."

Michael J. Fox

Personal growth requires action. It can start with small steps and as long as you keep moving forward and learning from the steps you take, growth will happen.

Action Changes Things

Sustainable coaching, consulting and facilitation

"To me, a leader is someone who holds her- or himself accountable for finding potential in people and processes. And so what I think is really important is sustainability."

Brene Brown

Too often, investments made to personal growth see short term gains, and over time, we start to fall back to the old way of doing things. Leadership coaching can create long-term solutions to personal growth, in a positive and sustainable way.
